SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email sales@sewtotallytrisha.net before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: –
in the event that the product has been used
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

POSTAGE RATES

The following rates of postage apply to all goods sold via the website except where delivery of the item is marked “Free of Charge”

UK delivery of goods valued up to £75 : £3.25

UK delivery of goods valued between £75 and £149.99 : £4.95

UK delivery of goods valued over £150.00 : FREE.

Delivery of good within the EU: by specific quote in advance.

Delivery of goods to the rest of the world by specific quote in advance
